Establishment of the Vredehoek City Improvement District in accordance with the City of Cape Town: City Improvement District By-law, 2023 (the “By-law”).

The main objectives of the Vredehoek City Improvement District is to improve and upgrade the area in the manner envisaged in the amended Business Plan dated 12 August 2026.

  • A resolution giving authority, on company letterhead, stating the resolution number and the authorised representative's identity, capacity and contact details as entered in this form; or
  • A letter giving authority that includes the juristic owner's registered and contact details and the authorised representative's identity, capacity and contact details as entered in this form. The letter must be signed by all Directors and include a copy of the CK2 document indicating current Directorship.
